Office Renovations Complete 7/30/2012

Kodiak Group's offices have undergone several waves of renovations to make room for our growing team. We added an Accounting office to the front of the building, as well as a dedicated conference area. Later we added new cubicles to accommodate our additional staff. The IT Department has moved to its new area on the East side of the building.

Kodiak received order for three precision sand automated cooling and shakeout systems for a large automotive company. This system features a total of nine robots and six shakeouts along with hundreds of feet of accumulating pallet conveyor, transfers and elevators.

Kodiak received an order to modernize a railroad wheel casting plant that sat idle for 10 years. The modernized facility now in production features the latest concepts in ergonomic work stations, inspection, testing and process flow in both the casting and finishing areas of the facility.

Kodiak Receives Order to Integrate Large Flask Line Into Foundry 12/23/2010

Kodiak designed a modern large flask line into a 125 year old foundry. The project included all design to integrate a new high bay area and crane to house the large mold line. New pits were installed to contain the return sand collection conveyors.

Kodiak Works On-Site to Design a Pipe Plant 8/1/2007

Kodiak received an order to do the General Arrangement and Final Design engineering on a Ductile Pipe plant. Kodiak’s design responsibilities include the Hot Metal Rail Car Lines, Treatment Car Process, Pipe Cooling Conveyors, Pipe De-burring Stations, Cement Lining Stations, Washing Stations, and Pipe Palletizing Areas, as well as several foundation designs. Working closely with the customer in an on-site capacity the Kodiak design team has been able to present several innovations to streamline the process while moving along a very aggressive schedule.

Kodiak Group has recently become a Lenovo dealer. For those not familiar with the Lenovo name, they produce the Thinkpad line of laptop computers, formerly produced by IBM. We can now offer competitive prices on Thinkpad and ThinkCenter workstations as well as other products from the Lenovo line. This is in addition to partnering with Linksys, Polycom, Computer Associates, Microsoft, Crucial Memory and others.
