Applicants should have familiarity with elements of structural, reinforced concrete, and foundation design, and be comfortable with code application. Computer aided design and drafting techniques and working knowledge of FEA and structural load application software is also desired. Kodiak utilizes a 3-dimensional design environment for nearly all equipment and system designs. Our structural designers use these elements to create both simple and complex process equipment supports and foundations, and are often involved in designing the equipment itself.
